NEW for 2006: X-Metal Glove
From the success of the revolutionary Speed Metal gloves comes the latest X-METAL: the first glove to clearly and “transparently” bring to light D_TEC protective technology. With the intention of making the technology visible and accessible to all, the precious titanium inserts are buried in a pad of translucent polyurethane: the result is a spirited, innovatively styled and highly technological glove. As expected from a top of the range glove, all the technical solutions developed with MotoGP riders can be found in X-METAL: titanium and polyurethane inserts on the back of the hand, thermoplastic resin inserts on the little finger and palm to protect the outer hand during a slide, carbon inserts on the knuckles and soft inserts on the palm to absorb shock. The D-Stone™ fabric insert between the thumb and index finger and the high quality cowhide give X-METAL great comfort and optimal riding sensitivity. X-METAL is available in three colour variants and is easily matched with all professional and two-piece suits in the Dainese collection.

NEW for 2006: Duel Glove
DUEL is the ultra racing glove, derived directly from work with Valentino Rossi on the race track. It comprises some technical devices and cuts tested in the 2005 MotoGP season, resulting in the highest quality protection, comfort and design. Soft and hard thermoplastic inserts, combined with carbon fibre pads, make DUEL one of the most “armoured” gloves in the collection; new ergonomic cuts (like the new, more streamlined sleeve attachment at the wrist) enable the glove to adhere to the hand without impeding its functionality. Based on its predecessor, Antarctic, the new JERICO enhances its ease of use, thanks to increased wearability and a new zip-fastening cuff. NEW for 2006: Air Carbon Glove
The AIR CARBON model completes the range of summer gloves and together with its predecessor Moto-X is the ideal choice for owners of stripped-down bikes. AIR CARBON gloves are distinguished by the combined use of leather, Kevlar®-carbon, and riddled fabric to improve comfort, safety and ventilation. A Kevlar®-carbon pad is applied over the cowhide on the lower part of the back of the hand to protect the knuckles (the part of the hand most subject to fracture in case of fall). The upper part of the back of the hand is in riddled fabric to keep the glove fresh and cool even in the hottest weather.
